Ive been waiting for ages now, i took the bonus offer here because you are mostly fast en reliable but no admin or mails or topics are answered about it.
I could take the offer on another site but i chose for you guys but u refuse to answer, so could you please give me and probably alot of other users an update about this?

You're not the only one been waiting for ages. Lots of people have recieved their bonus lately also though.
But from what I've heard, we're waiting for some tech issues to be fixed with UB. Something was wrong with the tracking. We should hear from them in the beginning of next week.
been ages now, how about u keep your members on this site updated on how things are done and are gooing.. ur not really giving others confidence like this.

It's a forum - not a place to get support for your requests etc. I try to help out where and when possible, but our support team and payment team can only be reached from the "Support" page (from the above menu).
And we edit peoples messages when they cannot behave or tends to advertise for our competitors.
No but it doesnt help if you mail your support mail 4 out of 5 times you dont get a reply and u have to send the same email 5 times before you get answered.
And since some of the admins brosw the forum its just a little effort to look here and maybe help some people there reply here also.
Or maybe recruit some moderators who check here more often and can help users
Just a thought, hope my bonus which ive been waiting for a while now gets approved now..
