I used to play more, but now i just play about two hours a day, counting that somdays i dont play and others i play up to 5 hours. When i have torunaments i use to play 6 hours. I always open other tables when i am on tournament so i can focus on playing better hands (this is my technique). Other days, with work and family, i just have time to come check BRM, and dont even open poker rooms...

It depends for me if I have anything to do or not. If I have nothing to do I usually play poker if I do have something to do then I do that. Weekends I probably do a 2-3hr session b4 I get a call from friends with something to do and then I do a 3-5hr session when I get home. On weekdays I do may b a 5-6hr session with a 10-15min break each 1-2hrs.
Very much like fcumreds post above. Sometimes 12+hrs daily but when other half around am banned. ( lucky we dont live together, mmm yet ). Cos i just cant concentrate and she has learnt to catch me out with questions when i am pretending to listen, be interested and answer yes-no-mmm. Also when she's tryin to do things under the table and you say " can you just hang on a minute babes, this is the first decent hand ive had in ages " , it doesnt go down that well. So unfortunately for the sake of my relationship, and susequent sex life, i am forced to have a break. But believe me i boot this baby up as she's walkin out the door... ha ha my true love...... shite i hope she dont read this......

I often play in bulk, i play every night without fail at times i get 10 hour sessions in with no breaks at least 4 of these a week.
my biggest session i have ever played was a 72 hour marathon at this point i will say that shoving all in with 23o (major misclick) was my only mistake.. well kinda coz i won the hand with a str8 lol but still a bad move

Playing like this cant be good for your game, 3hr and im cooked if in a tourn im begging for it to finish. Split your day up in to sessions and i bet you game improves, the hallucinations will stop also.
