A rakeback deal would be awesome. However, the current sign-up bonus is pretty good for small stakes players (meaningless for big depositers). Getting $600 over 3 deposits (made over a 90 day period) is pretty damn good. Means you can actually get the most out of the first depositers offer without doing one large deposit straight up before even testing the room.
I signed up to this yesterday actually, I'd been waiting (like you) for a good PS bonus and personally, I believe this is it
Try not to only think in terms of no deposit bonus's. I did that and now as a result I have forfeited every good offer at nearly every room for a measly $10-$50
Think about it, this is a (achievable) $600 offer. Not a $50 offer.. if you're waiting for a good PS bonus.. maybe think a bit.. this is probably it, for so long was only $50, they show no signs of getting rakeback, so maybe take this one while it's still being offered ??

Stars do not offer rakeback at all. So no chance to get it over BRM.
They have a sign-up bonus / reload bonus to celebrate their online tourneys. Take that offer, if you want to play there. Bonuses are rare on stars, it may be half a year or a full year untill the next one.
bonus is hard to clear as it takes all your money when you 1st join. better playing tourneys and riding your luck until you get to silverstatus and get all the luck on the river.

I would prefer to have current no deposit bonus available for all countries more than having new offers at pokerstars. Would be also nice to improve other promotions like adding to full tilt no deposit bonus the rakeback

It's a pretty decent bonus, 100% up to 6 months, released in $10 increments every 170 pts, so it's not like you have to worry if you can't clear entire bonus. It's up to $600 and what's more, it doesn't have to be one deposit ! You can get the entire $600 over 3 deposits (so long as made within 90 days of original one). But 6 months is pretty decent time to release bonus and $10 increments means even if you don't get 100% of your bonus, you're sure to get something.
I normally play at PKR and bonus's there are tricky, you either get all or nothing and it makes it tough deciding how much to go for, because if you miss out by like 2% of points needed, you forfeit the lot.
As for how easy the PS bonus is to clear, I'm not sure how quick you accumulate points, only just signed up myself.
But as someone else wrote, they don't give out decent bonus's often and never rakeback. So maybe grab this one if you're interested in PS before it goes away :/
