Are we suppose to answer the 3 questions? Or do you have questions about Bigbet poker bankroll builder promotion?
By the way, if you withdraw from bigbet poker while doing the bankroll builder promotion, you forfeit the promotion and they take away the current bankroll level you're currently clearing (you keep all $$ from the previous levels you completed).

That if you change the money you lose the bonus, but if you obtain rewards points and have many you can turn it into cash and it I did. Change 50000 rewards points for 50 cash and request retirement(withdrawal)

@ rednatic: On the software, click Cashier and then click on the Deposit/WD tab. You got to move your money from poker to 'available cash" then withdrawal from available cash to whatever method you wish to withdraw with (ie moneybookers, netteller).
Since I have problems accessing the cashier browser/bigbetrewards.com (not the software itself), live support told me just go to them whenever you need to withdraw or redeem reward points and put it on your poker account for you (you can also ask them how many reward points you have). I've been getting them to redeem my points for me . They are very helpful
@ssalvador: Currently not doing the bankroll bonus. I've deposited from one of my bankrolls from other sites so Im clearing the first deposit bonus. Recieved about 400,000 reward points and 4300 vip points and so far turned 380k to 380$. Havent tried to withdraw yet. Will do so when I finish clearing my bonus.

I'm thinking to get the bigbetpoker no deposit bonus after I clear My mansion request.
I remember have read in another topic about one guy who had problems to make a withdraw, even when he had made all requeriments. It would be nice if you can tell us if you were able to make your cash out, because I don't want to spend my time playing at a site where I won't be able to cash out after.

I have now 268 VIP points. I have got 20$ bonus with 200 VIP points. I thought I will get next bonus with 400 VIP points but when I look my Coupons tab in BigBet poker client, I see there details: Code: AUTO, Name: Level 3, Status: active, Value 20.00, Awarded 20.00, Issued 2009/09/05 04, Playthrough 332 vip_points, Description: Bankroll mob players.
Do I get 35$ bonus at 400 VIP points or when I get next bonus? What happens when I have 600 VIP points (268 + 332 points)...

We won't lock accounts for coming from a different IP. It might be a little tricky when you come to deposit because the system will auto decline it for being from the wrong country. In this instance you'd need to contact our live support in advance so we can manually push you past the fraud screening. Everything else should work just fine.
