Does anyone bet on sports?   0
I am a sport fanatic always have been and always will. Just lately courtesy of espn america i have been getting into baseball - i never thought i would. Also i have been placing the odd £ or 2 on it - mainly combos - 3,4,5 timers etc. And doing ok.

I really like it - the odds can be good if u hit em - home teams and form seems to be the way - and there are no draws, so unlike football for instance, theres always a result.

Its good to watch while am at the tables and i wondered if anyone else was into it or anythin like. Big Smile

I'm going to Vegas next month and will place some bets on my chicago teams and others. Most of the bigger casinos have sports betting inside them.
I am fromt he us/chicago area so my favorite team was the Cubs growing up. I used to live 2 blocks away from Wrigley Field, been there plenty of times. I am a Bulls fan, Blackhawks fan and my favorite chicago team is of course the BEARS! (Although I do cheer for the SOX when the Cubs aren't playing). Now that I am over here I don't get to keep up with that as much Sad

I was but took a break on it... is considering to restart doing it and see how it will go... why? Because the English Premier League is back I mean a new European season football is back and I think I can make some money on it, not really big money but enough to use it as a deposit for a new room...

YES but only on soccer italian and most of european championship, champions league and europa league.
But I think I am wrong, in soccer there are frequent surprise whilst in other sport I see it's not the same.
Which sport do u think it's the most profitable to bet on in your opinion?

Well difficult to say which one, but If I have to choose one... I would say basketball... but there are another type of bet instead of just betting about who will win the match... these are much more profitable but a little bit tough though.

Thanks for the feedback - just for info - i made money again last nite - I just keep missin out on a good return by one team letting me down..... Last night i had the NYYankees/ STLCardinals / MinTwins/ BalOrioles - in 3 trebles and a four timer. And the orioles let me down got spanked by Tampa bay 8-4 but the others won...........

I am gonna do the same bet again tonight and i will post my selections before the games start - and by the way thats 3 nights in a row i have had 3/4. So tonight could be the nite.................. Big Smile

I bet weekly on the football, mostly English/Spanish/German/Italian leagues. Just stick to the top teams and you'll win at least some weeks. I do the odd horse too, but only when there's big meetings on, like the Grand nationals or Ascot, Big derbys etc ..

After i made a few bucks from freespins in their casino, i started to bet at Sportingbet. But the odds there are a desaster. Evil

I used to bet on football with decent results but I was spending a lot of time doing the analysis each week. Now I don't have time to do it so I just simply stopped betting. I prefer to try Euromillions Lotto from time to time instead. Big Smile
