EPT Final in Monaco

PokerStars EPT Grand Final main event ($10,000 buy-in) kicked off yesterday and saw a field of 271 players. 165 of the participants made it through the day and Martin Kabrhel is the chip leader with 167,800, closely followed by David Sands with 160,300. Freddy Deeb also had a fantastic start on the tournament as he managed to accumulate 114,600 chips (6th place).

Other poker stars that survived the day are JP Kelly, Ondrej Vinklarek, Mickey Petersen, Phil Ivey, Joe Cada, Luca Pagano, Ville Wahlbeck, Mike McDonald, Vanessa Selbst - just to mention a few.

Day 1b of the tournament will start in a few hours and a large field of players are expected and many big names in the poker world. We will report throughout the tournament so you won't miss out on anything! Stay tuned!

is luca pagano the best player never to have won an ept?? he has so many cashes but has he ever won one? im not quite sure?

When tourney take place in places like Monaco, players must be thrilled with the environment. Ok, most of time they are inside the room playing, but when they have time to rest, I guess many should take a walk in these cities made for wealthy people like them. Let’s see who will be the last one who will get to know Monaco a little bit better.

and here we comes the ETP Main Event. In a place like Monaco, with more than two hundred players, the high level action is guaranteed!!!

There are some really known names on this EPT thats for sure and just by looking at the names there are some favs definately...

If you ask me i think they were also participated to this event due to the large numbers in Monaco on which they can also play some cash games Smile
