High Stakes: Viktor Blom Up Over $2.1 Million This Year!

Everyone's favourite Swede Viktor "Isildur1" Blom has had a massive upswing in the last couple of weeks. According to online-tracking site highstakesdb, over a $1 from his winnings come from heads-up matches (between January 14-17) against PokstflopAction. Blom is the biggest winner online this year with a total profit of $2,154,113 (48,517 hands)!

In 2013, he was up over 5 million dollars during 3 incredible winning streaks. It will be interesting to see if he can beat that "record" this year - without losing most of it (he "only" bagged up a $542k profit in 2013 after a massive downswing that started in October).

This guy is a phenom. I never get tired of reading his exploits and i doubt this will be the last we hear of him regarding big winnings or big losses. Long may you continue Viktor and good luck to you

not bad, im almost there too made a $4 profit in 15 mins today so i wont play anymore til tomorrow and ill end my day with profit. which makes me a profitable player, just like bloom. so you cant say there arent similirities between the two of us.

hmm insane player and I am happy to keep hearing how he is succeeding at the nosebleed stakes. Gogo and broke all the record there are bloom!! Sick player and I wonder what he does with all these money and how big his roll is for playing poker.

I'd rather read the bullsh1t place thread than reading what's happening with Blom's high stakes sessions cause it's always the same stories... he'll be up x millions and he'll be down x millions ect... the hello all wonderful mobsters r way more entertaining Cool

Hes a scandinavian money laundering machine. Thats all I can say.
Also It would be nice to see his credit card statements.
I mean imagine how many times he needed to top up his balance after he zeroed out his acc when he was in downswing.
Did he ever zeroed out since he became famous? Or hes sponsor deal with the site cover his basic bankroll needs?

Winnings over 2 millions with the hu games online are unbelievable. And i ask me: who are the loosers? In this highest levels playing only poker pros and not drunkin´ kiddys Big Smile But is this true i must say: respect!

If he would have respected bankroll management i think now he could have been the biggest online winner of all times.

You can say everything about his style of play but he always amazes me how he can play those long multi-table sessions on the highest stakes. Also the volume of hands that he plays is amazing.
