160 players became 22 players after 10 levels of play on Day 2 of the $3,000 Limit Hold'em 6-Handed event. Keven Stammen, who has close to 3.9 million dollars in tournament earnings, will bring the heaviest bag of chips to the third day of play. He bagged up the chip lead mainly thanks to taking down a big pot with straight flush early on Day2.
Here's how the hand was played out:
Aleksandr Denisov lead out with a bet on the board 6387. Stammen quickly two-bet and Denisov three-bet. Stammen sat quietly for a few moments before making a fourth-bet, Denisov capped the action.
The Q completed the board and Denisov took his time before making a bet. Stammen made it two bet and Denisov called. Stammen rolled over 45 for a straight flush and took home a massive pot.
Play will continue at 2:00 PM tomorrow and the plan is to play down to a winner. Check back tomorrow for another brief update.
