The latest winner on the highly popular 888poker LIVE circuit has been declared, and it was Italian player Marco Biavaschi who won the Madrid Main Event after defeating Daniyar Aubakirov in a heads-up match amongst a field of 1,067 to take home the lion's share of the prize pool that reached €800,000.
The final day kicked off at 2pm local time. A grueling 15 hours later, a winner was crowned. Marco Biavaschi took the biggest risks which turned out great for him as he has won the biggest poker win of his life. He remarkably turned a humble €100 (satellite) into a €150,000 victory, and not only that, he will be awarded a 2020 WSOP Main Event package worth $12,500, courtesy of 888poker. How cool is that!
