We're here today to inform you that we have now paid Mob Points to all the top 20 winners on the leaderboard for our World Cup 2022 Mob Betting contest. Congratulations to the winners and thanks everybody for playing along, in our free betting contest.

Hopefully we'll be back with another free betting competition next time there's a major football event going on :-)

For our Christmas Calendar, there's only today and tomorrow left and then it'll be a whole year before next time!

The Mob Calendar will of course resume in its usual form, but will take a well deserved Christmas break next week, but return again in early January. 

Also, all the lottery prizes will be paid, and special prize winners drawn, in early January.

This is just a quick shout-out to all of you who participated in our free Mob Betting World Cup game - thank you! We hope you liked it.

Also a big congratulations to all the winners. As you know, we had four weekly leaderboards with 15 winners each and an overall leaderboard also with 15 winners, so up to 75 winners (some might have won more than once, of course) shared the $1765 prize pool in Mob Points, Mob Draw tickets and Mob Safe bonus shots.

We haven't yet decided what to do with the Mob Betting game now that the World Cup is over. Maybe we'll open it up for other events such as EPT/WPT/WSOP tournaments or sporting events, maybe include a running leaderboard, a monthly leaderboard etc. We'll let you know what we decide on but if you have any ideas or comments, you know where to put them (in the comment field, just below...)

Today we are entering week #4, the final week of World Cup betting. Only four matches left, so now is the time to start betting (it's free) if you want a chance to either finish top 15 on the Overall Leaderboard or get a top 15 place on this weekly leaderboard, where everybody is back to 0 points to begin with.

The two semifinals are Uruguay vs Netherlands tomorrow evening and Germany vs Spain on Wednesday evening. On Saturday the two semifinal-losers will play for 3rd place, maybe it will be a match between Uruguay and Spain, which means we will see Netherlands vs Germany in the World Cup final on Sunday.

Go to your Mob Account now and find the "Mob Betting" section at the bottom - place your free bets on the two semifinals matches and be sure to come back on Thursday to bet on the final two matches of the World Cup.

Week #1 Leaderboard has now ended and top 15 players have been paid their prizes. Today a new week starts so it will be exciting to see if the same players can keep it going and also finish in the top on Sunday.

Remember that the Overall leaderboard covers the entire tournament, so there's no need to feel upset if you scored big yesterday but still didn't finish top 15 on the weekly leaderboard, since your points will also apply to the Overall leaderboard.

We have just added odds to a few more matches so you can now bet on the next few days as well. At this stage of the tournament, expect to come back every other day to place bets on new matches since we update on a regular basis.

If you're new to this Mob Betting promotion, don't worry, it's not too late to join. A new weekly leaderboard has just started and everybody has zero points, so it's equal for all. The later you wait to join, the harder it will be to gain a good position on the Overall leaderboard, though. But the weekly leaderboards reset every Sunday and week 2, 3 and 4 are still to be played.

We just added more odds to our Mob Game World Cup betting game. Now all matches up until (and including) Friday June 18th will have odds so you can bet on them - it's of course still free to bet, as it will be during the entire World Cup 2010.

As for the leaderboards, Week #1 Leaderboard is still going on, and the Overall leaderboard too. Week #1 leaderboard will end on Sunday so it's not too late to get in the game now. The two top players so far are smygarn and poisson19, who managed to hit Germany's 4-0 victory over Australia, giving them odds 21. Since we consider all bets to be "100 points", odds 21 would mean each of them got 2100 points for the leaderboard, bringing them up to a total of 4435 points. As you can see, it doesn't take that many correct bets to rocket yourself to the top of the leaderboards, so better go make your bets now!

We continue to add odds a few times a week so be sure to come back every now and then to make new bets.

There are plenty of options when it comes to depositing money into a poker account these days. Credit card, Neteller, Moneybookers, bank transfer etc. The list could be made really long. MasterCard has figured out the method of uncoding gambling transactions for U.S. customers. This will most probably cause a lot of problems for U.S. poker players and poker sites accepting U.S players since Neteller and many other depositing methods already have been blocked. This is not the first time MasterCard has found out the uncoding process. First time, however, it only took online gaming sites about 2 months to find a way to get around the problem. It will be interesting to see what they do this time.
