International Game Technology (IGT) announced that its Wheel of Fortune, Megabucks, Powerbucks and Whitney Houston Slots awarded five life-changing jackpots, which reached a total of more than $11 million in April 2025.
Below are the lucky slot players who became instant multi-millionaires last month:
- April 5 - a Wheel of Fortune slots player won $1,709,369 on Wheel of Fortune High RollerTM at Cocopah Casino & Resort in Somerton, Arizona.
- April 8 - an online Powerbucks slots player won CA$1,172,773 on Wheel of Fortune Shimmering SapphiresTM in New Brunswick, Canada.
- April 12 - a slots player won $1,515,034 on Whitney Houston Slots at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas in Nevada.
- April 13 - a Megabucks slots player won $4,178,889 on Megabucks Mega VaultTM at Pechanga Resort Casino in Temecula, California.
- April 22 - a Wheel of Fortune slots player (pictured below) won $3,257,765 on Wheel of Fortune Triple GoldTM Gold SpinTM at Harlow's Casino Resort in Greenville, Mississippi.
Megabucks, the world's first WAP jackpot system, has been awarding life-changing jackpots since 1986.
Wheel of Fortune slots have made over $1,200 millionaires and awarded more than $3.6 billion in jackpots since its launch in 1996.
Since their debut in Canada in 2016, IGT Powerbucks slots have paid 65 jackpots of CA$1 million or more.
