You need to have self control first of all. you should have learned your lesson by now with the spin games When you start playing cash games again, leave them out completely.
Daily limits for your game, in both loss and win, isnt a bad idea too. The moment you hit the limit you stop playing. Good luck with your new start

I do that in cash game when I am playing... I have time limit, also I have +/- limit for day... and have great br menagment... but I lose control when I play those spins...
