You have to be careful every time you take a bonus. Especially a no deposit one. You need to read all the rules carefully, and then ask live support, which most of the casino's have, for clarifications and for any small print that they dont mention in their terms. And again, never take a bonus when you have to gamble your own deposit.

Yeah i know and the only information you can read 20€ ND and the 15 times wagering for the ND thats was all. No other information to read.I dont use offen the live chat,some times i get different information form different supporters on the same site.When i want know anything for important thinks i contact the support with E-Mail.

Email takes a while to get a reply. Plus, if there is misinformation between the staff members for a specific promotion that is running, email wont be any better. Live chat i think is better, plus you can either record your session, or have it sent via email, as a proof to what you have been told, in relation with the terms about the promotion in query.

But we have lot of examples where they say one thing at live chat and then when you make this terms,then they tell something else,that you need to do another!especially with deposits and how many times you need to wager that amount!

This is happening with small new casinos mostly. You wont find such phenomenon, in the well known established ones. You dont even ask for additional info in live chat there. Whatever they write down in the promotion terms, is like a law. It all comes to the site at the end, that you choose to play.
