yes a couple, my favorite is the life story of Amarillo Slim and how he was betting on anything, from playing golf with a baseball bat, to playing table tennis with 2 coke bottles.

Btw yes i did read some poker book lol. A littl dutch poker booky bout limit cashgames. I didnt understand much of it, must be crap Or i am crap cos i dont understand
Never heard because I'm not sure to take advantages from them. I usually find in the net informations, tactics strategies and I like to watch short movies about poker
I once stumbled on a file somewhere containing almost every book written on poker (all e-books). I red a few of them like supersystem, harrington ..., barry greenstein's book, ... I invested a lot of time reading them, while to be honest, I got nothing out of them I didn't already knew. My advise to you is to skip the books and go straight to the coaching vids (especially the session reviews and in game vids) they contain a lot of information given to you by mostly good players (filter them out yourself) and it takes WAY less time.

I read some ebooks but I like reading real books instead. I have like 20 poker books I got on closeout sales, meaning they printed too many copies and sold them at a discount. I've read Phil Gordan's green and blue book. I like the blue book a lot better. I've read ebooks, ace on the river which some of the chapters really suck..I want to read Gus Hansen's book.

I have read two books =). Supersystem and Ace on the river. I read em when i was low on cash and couldnt play any poker. I think ace on the river was a good read but i got bored with supersystem.
