Hi guys, I received my $10 bonus a couple of weeks ago but everytime i try to play in any cash games or tourneys i get a msg saying ' for security reasons you are unable to access featured relating to real money in our software. Please choose another game.' has any had this problem please let me know.

Pretty sure it's because you're Australian. That network does not allow aussies.. However, BBP does. I believe they need to change your lcocation server side before you can play

Raver, just contact us on live support (I'm in here a lot but Support is always the fastest way to get an answer. I'm on call for them 24/7 so if I'm not in the office they'll still be able to reach me).
