Just click on the "Reviews" sectoin above here at BRM and it shows it does allow tracking software. You can also use the reviews to look at other poker rooms to see if they allow tracking software. As for hand importing, can't help you since I don't use software, but there are plenty of people here that do.
HEM and PT3 doesn't work with BigBet Poker at the moment. I own PT3 and sent some of my HH to their support. They told me, that will help the developers to make PT3 work for the merge network poker rooms. I hope, that PT3 will start working on the merge network this year, but i'm not sure.
