I'm confused- are they British or American. The accents are american but they are driving on the left. and it appears to have gone to an american court. I think the kids did ask so no they should not get in trouble but I hate drivers who do that to me. I found it funnier though before I realised they were in on it, which I guess makes me a sick hypocrite.

Funny poll. Younger ones will answer funny, and older ones will answer trouble. It can be funny to do it when you were not counting on do it, or when it wasnt on purpose, you were just passing and unfortunately you havent seen the water, and you can even stop ahead and say you are sorry, looking at the all wet person. But will only be funny once, not more.

Its UK awood88, funny not so much, its actually a driving offence. But what is the driver to do go to outher side of the road cause stupid kids donk know a car will come and splash all that water that they choose to stand in fornt of. Think it was even a bus stop so should be shielded and I blaim the counciles for putting stops in stupid places. Whilst we are on "stupid", BNP, Dunnotra will be happy to see they will soon have ppl outher than white on thier party.LOL, no party is safe from hypocrisy

If I see a chavy little cunt walking down the street wearing his hood up, and there just happens to be a massive puddle there, I'll give him a reason to wear it up
I did do it to an old lady and her tartan wearing dog by accident once, felt very guilty afterwards
