To payout, its very easy, you got some cashout button somewhere ;p Well know you got money, it would be good for you to go on a room that offers rakeback, so you will win a lot of money, it doesnt seem a lot but it will soon be the main part of your bankroll

Yes, for me the best idea is make cashout of 50$ and make a fist deposit in another pokerroom with bonus. Play in Fulltilt freeoll (like BRM) and try with matrix SNG low limit...
In your place, as you was able to complete target, I would keep on playing, trying to pass to another level ( higher than 5/10 cents, maybe 10/20 ). Players who earn money playing poker are very few and to cash 70$ out won't change youe life

I would recommend keep playing at Full Tilt poker. I haven't an account there but I've read FT has really good promotions (Mid year bonus, Iroman challenge, rake back offer).
I also recommend that you request another ND ofer if you have the option to take another one. BBP is good but as you play SS the rake system will not be good for you. Mansion has dealt rake system, so you coul try there.
