@Lutenatik What room did you ask for? Paynorake or Betraiser?

paynorake isnt really rake free. Its only 100% rake free if you rake more than 220$ a day. Otherwise its starting at 50% rake $0-50$ rake, then rakeback increases as you rake more on a DAILY basis. Its on action poker network so theres hardly any traffic, therefore its pretty hard to achieve.
If you're talking about betraiser then its 100% rake free if you play on their games but however they take 10% off your PROFIT when you withdraw. Betraiser has little to zero traffic. it probably has an average of 1-2 people playing in the cash games on a weekly basis.
When i started looking for sites that take less rake, i considered both, but however theres nearly no cash games and hardly ANY sngs running per day when i did some research on it so its not worth playing on those sites.
Better stick with high traffic sites with good rakeback

Guess you didnt read the 2nd part. They take money off your profit when you withdraw . Instead of rake they take per pot, they take profit per withdraw.
edit: they also have casino games running so i guess it also compensates for the lack of poker activity. but its not worth your while to play there anyway

So which rakeback offer did u take?
neither, i didnt like either network when i did my little research.
I'd say play on the bigger networks. Maybe BBP for all the bonuses plus rakeback 30%, or like calmplay says, get cakenetwork's 33%. If you want bigger traffic then UB/AP for 30%, FTP 27% are pretty good ones.
Remember though, rakeback should be considered a bonus. When you play poker you're mainly trying to improve your stakes and move up limits when your bankroll increases. Any rakeback or bonuses are just there to give you a little boost in your bankroll. Should never rely on grinding rakeback because it doesn't make you a better player.
