depends. I play about 8hrs on weekends and holidays and around three during the week. Regardless of how many hrs I play, i try to not play more than 2 hrs at a time before taking a break.

one or two hours is my limit at the mo but i know i need to work on that to succed at poker. I think you need to be able to play for at least 6 hours straight inorder to keep your head when it comes to the big tournys. MTT's need lots of attention payed in order to keep on top of things I'm not there yet not in the least. after two hours i get soooooo silly its unreal. If i could just stop playing i'd be much better. defo I can reilize the point when i start to go but i cant bring myself to stop, its so frustrating. I blow off $100 the last time i played on Fulltilt. I knew i needed to stop but didnt, it always go's down hill fast....
