I waited $50 partypoker more than a month. The status is "processing" . It's too long to receive it. I contacted you a lot of times about this but i also don't receive it. How long will i receive it ?

You need to earn at least 5 PartyPoints before you can receive a gift. PartyPoints are earned while playing, 5 points should be reached within 20-100 raked hands, depending on the limit.

you have to play 5points and then youll get your price it is easy to play the points in low levels like nl10 it should take a hour or two but it is very fast
