..I prefer cash games these days, as i don't have to abide by time restraints, and I also seem to make alot more money there.
One canundrum I face though is deciding when to leave a table. I usually play 0.25/0.50NL sitting down with either $10 or $15. Reaching +$25 in 10-30 minutes is no problem for me, but as I'm sitting at these loose/aggressive tables, the thought dawns on me that one of these fishes is gonna suck out on me somewhere.
So should i stay at these tables, and keep raking it in, or is there a preferred exit point for the buyins I stated?

If you play short stack strategy, you should leave, if you have more than 400BB. But leaving, if you feel no longer good with your stack is no problem.

dont let greed catches you, have a target of how much you want to win, after that just leave. be content and keep what you profit, greed will just lead you back to starting point..

I hope you're playing the SSS with good bankroll management. If you're rolled for playing SS at those tables then by all means stay at the limit if you're winning there.
Otherwise move down a limit or two so you'll have at least 20-30 buyins for those limits by doing what you're doing without having lady luck slap you in the face and down goes your variance due to badbeat.

Hi.
SSS, my friend. Enter with 20BB (like you do) and sit out with 25BB+. If you continue playing, you must use BSS. No matter, the good time to leave a table is when you have fear to lose your winnings.
If you are strictly an sss player then leave because you did good. Like you said, you don't want someone to suckout. If you can switch gears and play now that you have a bigger stack then I don't see the problem with staying since you are winning. I play both from time to time just to change things up. Start out sss, then switch without leaving the table

Like everyone said play like a short stcak players do. I would only add that you should try to leave the table when are you goign to post the big blind and be really careful to choose your pre´flops hands when your have already doubled your inicial stack.

When playing a short stack strategy, its pretty standard to leave when your over 25BBs. If you don't you'll be playing short and deep stack at the same time which will mess up your game.
If making $10 to $25 is no prob for you, then maybe you should consider playing with BSS. Much more profitable IMO, & doubling a buyin is a pretty achievable goal, plus when you do hit a monster then your going to be making much more profit in the long term & that will defintley add a huge extra to your bankroll, rather than SSS.

But vice versa too, I'd risk losing much more to a suck out or something.
Yes I think you sohould leave after your target. Not only because other players keep on knowing you well but also for luck could not be on your side amymore
In Cash Game I am a borned short stack strategy player. I like go all in with AK suited or off-suited and pair in my hand Because i like coin flips 50 % - 50 % Good luck Meet at the tables.
