Hi.
I have a problem with "FREE POKER GIFT 5000 MobPoints ($50)". I registered here, registered on partypoker using code BIOGUF and I deposit immediately $50 from neteller. After succesfull transfer I've $100 on account balance but all cash is restricted. After little investigation I found I have active bonus (code BIOGUF) which restrictes all my $50 deposit to play on partycasino. WTF? Could anybody help me with this? Im new in online poker

I don't have idea. It sounds pretty weird to me, because you souldn't have any restriction with your money. I know when you request a ND offers at PartyPoker you are not able to play casino games in order to don't lose your bonus, but this is quite difference.

i saw that party poker have a lot of problems with bonus money if u want get it u must wait but how long never support answered now u get bonus use code but they stop u ........ its really ashamed we cant get normaly bonuses we must all day wrote him and remember there is my bonus plz can u find ............ lol i hate that

yeah, I had the same problem....But even if I could clear it playing poker, with the limits I play with a BR of 50$ it would have been very hard to clear...so I just forfeited the bonus

Sorry for not responding.
For me everything finished almost fine. The problem was that when I registered with BIOGUF code I also wanted to make deposit immediately so I simply pressed "DEPOSIT". So the deposit form opened and (suprise!) the BIOGUF code was copied without reason to this form but on deposit form BIOGUF code is used for something else. So for new PartyPoker players: Do not enter BIOGUF code for deposit! If its automatically copied then remove it! Make deposit without any code, this code is only for registration.
What have I done to get back my money? I simply fortify this bonus and continue playing. After I riched 5 points I filled request on bankrollmob and after about a week I've got my 5000 points.
In the same time I've emailed PartyPoker with my problem because I've also wanted to get first deposit bonus from PartyPoker (To get next $50 you need to get 300 points but its realesed in 10 parts so you need to earn 30 points to get $5). Sadly points which I've earned before they activated this bonus manually for me doesn't counted to this. So right now with 100 points I've got from this bonus just 10$.
The only one problem which I have now is... where is my additional $25?!?!?! :/ I now have 100 partypoker points so I should got my $25 right? The should just give me it or what I should to do?

I think you should try to contact partypoker support and try to explain that you made a mistake. If they change it great, if not - be more careful next time.
