The other night I was happy just sat there drinking a lovely bottle of wine with my wife when she asked me if i was OK as i had not been on "the poker" as she so beautifully puts it. To witch a answered Hmmmm i suppose i could have a little sng to kill some time. Unknown to me the few glasses had soom mounted up and my wife had opened another bottle whilst i was watching TV.... I started to play poker and was not in best form by far (playing far to many hands and being very aggressive) After about 20m i had knocked 4 people out.... 1st I had 33 and went all in from early possition only to find myself up against AJ nither of us hit anything extra so I won with 33.....poor move i know but at least I made it through... 2nd I pushed with 99 only to be called by some one with 88.... Nither of us hit again so I won that to. 3rd I had 22 and again by now being quite tipsy pushed again to be called by AA Oh shite thats the end of that ...or so I thought but NO I got another 2 for trips and took them out aswell...hehehe 4th time i had 88 pushed again and was called by AK but the flop come up Q88 so I hit quads..... Soooooo happy I was.......... Unfortunatly I went a bit silly after this and tried to knock every one out my self playing junk and allways pushing like the drunken foll i was i was soon knocked out.......Dam the sweet nectar

playing crazy is always like that, I see it at live tourneys all the time, there's a few reg's who are ultra aggressive/loose players and in the 1st 30min they're either out of the tourney or they have about 10 yimes their starting stack. They never win though, sooner or later the luck runs out. You can win some 10 seater or 6 seater like that if you lucky. But for an MTT you aren't likely to get lucky every time.
What do I see from your story. Wife wants husband to not play poker tonight because she wants to spend quality time together and get "some sex" tonight. So she gets husband drunk knowing he won't drink and play poker, even says " if i was OK as i had not been on "the poker" as she so beautifully puts it." Husband plays poker anyway, has a few good pushes and then gets knocked out in tourney. When he is done playing wife is in bed sleeping. J/K dude, I hope the night ended out good for the both of you. Seems like drinking helped bring out the more aggro side in you.

well iam not drinking my self.. but i have another thing that are almost the same,, i normally smoke a bit off weed when i play poker,, just to keep my cool.. iam a very aggrasive player normally,, but when i smoke iam slow an tight, but there is a point, i some times hit, where i smoke to much an simply cant play,
so what i want to say is,, i might help to drink,, just dont drink to much dude

more relax then u drunked but 4 me play drunk like loose a lot so never play then drink because 4 me is only loosing history 3 times loose then be drunked and after that stop playing poker with bear in hand

Hello! I never win after drinking too much. I don't take the right decision. Why? why not go all in a bluff that guy with my entire bankroll lol Oh he call for example lol
