What is your Choice ???  0
Hello guys !
You are playing cash game ( Short Stack Strategy ) and an aggressive player raised to you. You decided to go allin. The question is what is the better cards you go all in ??? A Spade K Spade or Q Heart Q Diamond ??

certainly prefer the ak suites have many outs to win although they may not go but I think it is a good all in. I always go all in with AA, KK or AK.
QQ depends on where I'm at the table Big Smile

I think I would prefer AKs. It's has better equity against JJ, QQ KK, AK, isn't it? (I'm not sure)

Well technically according to Sklansky hand range AKs is the better hand but QQ has more equity & is 54% fave vs AKs to win.... but either way for SSS there both premium hands! Thumbs Up

my choice is QQ but 8 out of 10 times i go all in with them and someone calls with AK i lose.

Queens is miles better than AK. Dunno who Sklansky is but I wouldnt trust his advice if he says AK is better that queens Big Smile . The only thing AK has goin for it is it reduces the possibility of someone having AA or KK, but that's it.

Against an aggressive player it is a no brainer all-in with both holdings. Against a supernit both will run into problems. Both have compareable equity.

I hate AK! I prefer QQ. I have lost so many times with AK for a low pair, I can't even count them anymore. I guess I prefer any pocket pair instead of AK Big Smile

QQ since its favourite to win. A lot of people tend to overplay it though. I did when i first started. Any A or K on flop in a multiway 3 or 4 handed, having QQ is bad.. still i gotta learn to fold them..

I prefer QQ, it's an already made hand, ang as a bonus you can hit a set, witch is one of my favourite things in poker. AKs is just two cards.

I don't understand why people just love asking this kind of questions. Maybe it's worth spending 10 mins on poker theory to know what to do in such cases. QQ is better no doubt. Though you still must call with AK doesn't matter if it's suited or not.

QQ, as there is a small chance that the opponent holds a bigger pocket pair, if not then your a 1-5 favorite.

QQ is a made hand, AK is the best draw.
I prefeer QQ even if the two hand are comparable but ....
Anna Kournikova is very pretty but she lose often Smile

Hi!!

Always QQ, is made hand. AK is good thing because only AA and KK beat it easily. But I Choose a made hand.

Bye and aces for all!!

Have to say I prefer a made hand over a drawing hand, but A-K suited is a good pushing hand as well. This post is kinda like comparing 2 apples, which do u prefer......green or red.

I stay with ace king suited that although not a partner are 2 overcards,

and have a good chance that you leave an ace or a king.

Spade A Spade K
