SSS is crap. I don't always buyin full stack - but strict SSS (or any form of buying in for 20BB) is crap. It's not a very fun way to play poker, you can't be creative at all.
Side note, when I get short stacks on my table, if they fk up and limp into a pot I punish them so bad for it, commit them to the pot and watch them do their stupid shove on whatever flop comes up, flipping K 9 or some crap.

SSS is too risky, its only nice in low buy in tourneys, this way you can try to upgrade your stack from the start and then, when you are loaded, you can start playing normally, BSS, like everyone should do.

BS is better but when u have not enough money is the sss strategy the better way. A good player can play both strategy´s to make money. Is very funny to read the first 2 post thats SSS is f**k every player had a different style to play poker equal if u play BSS or SSS

SSS it's "old" , everyone know it , and everyone know how to play with people who use it. It can't even compare to bss i think. I like to bluff from time to time either , when i see people which will fold for sure , and with SSS... ye nothing more to add.

SSS often bring to coingflip situation, that is not what I want when playing poker so......
but there is a positive side of this robotical style of playing: nowadays, when I have time only for short sessions, I open 6 or 8 tables on Fulltilt to clear the $100 bonus (as you can earn points only cause you are dealed cards either if u play or not)

always playing as a big stack, hate those short stack players. all at the table have about 100$ stacks, and there are 1 or 2 with 15$ stacks. Recently raised all in with AKs and got called by a short stack with K10o, and of course river was a 10 Hate them.

I prefer SSS too, because I can play low limits only and it's the only way to build a decent stack. It's boring, I know and you can easily be destroyed by some big stack player but it's better than nothing. Of course we are talking about cash games only; in a sit or in a tournament my behaviour is completely different.
Magatt,
what do you mean ? '' as you can earn points only cause you are dealed cards either if u play or not) [/QUOTE]'' How is it possible ?

Short stack strategy is crap, I think so. I voted for BBS. You can develop your game much easier. I tried once with SSS but it was so boring that I never do it again. Thats just my opinion. I know that some players like SSS, and I respect those who can play that way

Hi!!
Is the same question like 'Who do you love more mom or dad?' I like the two strategies. I think SSS is not as boring as people say, only if you play ABC poker becomes boring. BSS its poker nothing much to say.
