i did send and mail to them, but i havent got any answers yet even sent one mail to the poker klient i recived the mail to day and it couldnt have been lying in my mail for more then 1 day

i Revied an email before to day that my bonus was ready to use on my poker klient witch is Bwin So i gladly loged in to my poker account to use the 12 digit kod i recieved, But i got the answer the code wasnt valid and out of date.. so im tried to claim the same bonus one more time, but then it says i allready have this one and its been payed out, but i havent been able to recive any dollars on Bwin cause the cupon bonus was out of date
so ur speaking about a no deposit bonus???? if yes than im sure things will work out one way or another i requested 5 or so and i got them all but one !! sorry i couldnt help
ps since the no deposit bonus for bwin is only available to skandinavian players i dont realy now how it works with them but im sure admin can tell u more or one of the other swedish members best u open a new thread and call it problems with my bwin no deposit bonus so ppl will know what ur problem is about im sure heres someone who can tell u more

You can't try and claim the bonus again, as you've already found out. Try chatting to BRM live support - but even then, they'll probably tell you to email them. Sounds as though it's something BRM need to sort out. occasionally these NDBs have a little problem but 99% of time BRM will fix it for you, just unfortunate you may have to be patient for a little while
But I assure you, it's all legit here, so keep your hopes up and chat with BRM support
