My word, think of all the extra work that would be need from the site's programmers ? I don't really think this would be worth the effort, and the time invested in making this possible would well be used in other improvements or additions to the site.
Let's remain practical : most of us will not really like to play for MOB points, I think. Most want to play for real money. Furthermore, if you want to play for "points" you can do that on every site, with play money, and there are even some sites on which you can play with play money and still get some real winnings (in cash, yep). That amounts to thesame thing, mayve even better, since you can use your MOB points in another way.
And... isn't playing for MOB points a little thesame as playing for money in the micro stakes ? don't forget that MOB points ARE worth money !!!
Use your points in the way they are menat to be used, and find some more usefull addition to the site, that would be my advice
