got a bonus (not through brm) and afterwards they did not award me the bonus...I asked why, they answered: u r not qualified... I : why ? i made all steps and points required ANSWER: you are not qualified. I: but why when I fulfill all your requests and conditions...??? ANSWER: you are not qualified... after 5 days of email exchange without any real anwer, I gave up, withdraw my money and closed the account...

The offer is really good, but then partypoker is so bad... not many choices of sng's in low limit, many lotto games (since people havent any brain).... try Full tilt if you havent yet an account...
