Posted by Btownd87: Today i bought into a $6000 rebuy for my last $3. I finished like 83rd out of 845 and got paid $15.75. After making a few bucks at cash tables, i was at $46 and i bought into a 30-man $5 SNG. I won that SNG for $60. While i was doing that i sat down at a 6-seat $0.50/$1 NLH with $30...
...I just left that table with $346 and i didn't rebuy once.
So from my last $3 i have made a $422 bankroll all in about 4-5 hours or so. Cha-Ching.

your an excellent gambler... keep it up...
+1 Playing like that you are going to bust soon man. gL Aanyway.-
I'm hoping I catch a heater like that. Oh yeah, when people use the word variance to describe their recent play, luck is included into the scope of the topic. To say luck and variance are seperate identities is just a simple minded black and white view.

Hello everybody! Bravo! But like some other guys you said you paid attention your success will perhaps stop. The bad beats can happen at any time and any player. You just have the best reading of the world and yet fall against a donk who touches his miracle river again and again. See you soon for new posts!

Wow! Sounds great. Good to hear this kind of stuff for relative newbies, gives some hope that the bankroll building can pick up fast once in a while. haven't had those kind of swings yet though. Congrats!

Cool! Good job! Now if you want to stick around, drop down a few levels and practice sound bankroll management. To have gambled with your last few $ and made it is great, now at least you have the cushion to play well and overcome bad beats. Good Luck!
