Hi, after the update, i see a USD40 under 'restricted by bonuses' and my withdrawable balance is my total balance less of that.
I dont get it? i always thought once u hit a certain amount of points you are credited and have earned that bonus. how come it is restricted?

The bonus is released in advance so you got more to work with. When you receive your bonus that's when you start playing through it I believe.

I believe this is correct, I have not applied for BBP bonus, but from what I understand of previous threads, the bonus is credited BEFORE you earn the points to release it, so if you were to withdraw your funds, the last bonus credited to you would be deducted from this.

But as in an old thread about this, the alternative is, at this point that bonus just would NOT have been credited yet. So you're not losing anything by this. Basically, you're being able to use the money from the bonus you're actually in the process of clearing. It's a unique and ingenious system. You're not getting screwed by it, it's actually well in your favour of basically any other bonus around Smile

Hi guys,

The new update from Merge has added this field "restricted by bonuses".

Jess and M3 are correct in that the bonus is issued in advance and that you don't 'clear' it until you move to the next level. If you choose to cash out before completing the entire promotion you will lose the level that you were currently on as you haven't 'earned' it.

Hope that clarifies for you.

Cheers,
John

Hi John, I have a question about things that I read in the forum.

I'm playing the bankroll builder bonus, Can I take the first deposit bonus and cancel the other promo ?

For example I Have a bankroll of 300 $ in BigBet and I'll deposit 20 $, can I take a bonus for 320 $ ?

or I misunderstand you ?

Sorry for my spanglish Tongue

Greetings.

Hi MathiasOne,

The system doesn't work like that but come on to live chat and ask for me or Brendan and we'll sort something out for you.

Cheers,
John

So if you cash out before completing the whole scheme you only lose the bonus for the level you're currently working on?

e.g. If I reach a cumulative total of 1350 pts ($135 rake), I can withdraw the $10, $20 & $35 bonuses that I've already earned, and would have to deduct only the $40 bonus for the uncompleted level?

The reason I'm asking is, that it was asserted in some earlier threads that if you withdraw early & don't complete the whole bankroll builder then *all* the bonus money would be deducted.

Has this now changed?

As SuperNoob states, you ONLY lose the level you're currently on. So SteveCut, your e.g. is exactly right.

Hope that helps.

Cheers,
John
