When you click the request button for titan poker in the no deposit section here, there should be a list of instructions telling you exactly what to do. It tells you when to add the bonus code.
I think you should add the bonus code when setting up a real money account. So when you click on cashier and add your name, address etc there should also be a place for bonus code. If it then asks you to deposit select deposit later and you should come back here to request the free money. If you forget to enter the code I'm not sure BRM can do anything but email support to make sure.

Well I dit what you said but there was no section for bonus code (coupon code was the only option) but I didn't use that so I'm now a member but didn't give the code. So I won't get my bonus?

just write a letter into this sites administrator and say that i have code but not entered and i hope they do all and help 4 u or read maybe some rules topics sometimes u can see there a lot off good info that helps in all kind off life good luck hope u get bonus this year not 2110

I think sometimes you have no chance when you forget a code.. Basically because the poker site now already has you as a member and to be fair on them, what would stop someone signing up and THEN finding a NDB affiliate and saying they forgot to enter the code..
You can try support titan/brm but I wouldn't hold your breath over it.. Good luck though. Otherwise, try another bonus, or you should still be eligible for a 1st deposit bonus.

I don't think i'm gonna mail the support system. It's very logical that they won't give the bonus. It's my mistake but the screenshots for registering are not the same of the program himself and that's why I missed. Maybe they could change the screenshots and saying that coupon code = bonus code

Samething happened to me, saw voucher code, clicked next as I was looking for bonus code. I hope bankrollmob sorts my bonus out, otherwise its a clear scam, the problem has been known for weeks yet nothing has been done about it.
