Godbye all BRM.S..
I am leaving this now..I cant take the "shitty" live support.
They cant do anything. "no i am sorry i cannot do that" "no i cannot"..so tired of they cannot do anything..its pure b******t..
I have worked with other livesupports and i know how it works..I am not born an idiot..
Why i leaving? Because of an argue with gift certifikates.
I deposited to partypoker and still not receiving because i got the 25 dollar no deposit after that i have worked so hard explaining to partypoker a 158 mails and 30 mails to brm.
just so tired of live supports that just the thought of livesupport makes me sick..
If you have an account already (playmoney/realmoney) with Party Poker, then you are wasting both yours and our time by creating a bonus request, and no money or gift certificates will be paid out!
If you wanted the gift offer, you should have picked that first, instead of the no deposit bonus. Sorry OgioAnte, but this ain't charity. We do our best to please all the members, but there has to be a limit at some point.

Why on earth would you get mad over FREE things? Wouldn't you have deposited if you didn't get any gifts? There are soooo many things to get sad, worried or angry about in this world, why get angry over free gifts? If you like the community, have gotten gifts like free bankrolls and stuff from this site... why get angry? Isn't it a bit a waste of energy? Worse things in life than this. Or am i stupid?

You guys dont understand. I should never have wrote this, I didnt get the free offer. I got it rejected and it were big troubles,
I have sent atleast 15-20 mails to partypoker and atleast 5 to BRM.
Then i got tired of waiting and deposited on my own. Then 2-3 days later i got 25 from the mob...
Well if i known about the gift cert...i would have signed with that code, when i got the 25 from mob i already hade played in more than 400 pp points.
All u needed were 5.
Okey. i got 25 from mob but a gift cert is 50 ...doesnt that make me fair for 25 more??
Well if i were support on BRM i would have solved this but i am not which is quite sad but well... I asked live support if i could send the 25 i got back and recieve a gift certifikate instead, but no he said? Why? I dont know..
Well its only 25 but anyways..That is not the point..
I maybe log in again some time.

10 hours ? should use PP ... from stars i get answer like once per year and from moneybookers mb once per 100year period ... seriously ogio you have 50 years but acting rly like kid .. for some banal thing

I feel sorry for you man! Hope it works out. But that with the partypoker support I know how you feel. They are extremly slow and when you talk with them on the phone I don't get anything beacuse always there is some indian guy talking with their funny accent and like 1000 persons in the background talking at the same time. Acting childish? Maybe if thats what you think, but in my whole life i have been fair to other and helpfull for what is right and sometimes you forget to use the right codes, you cannot be perfect and remeber everything..
Its not a mather of the money, its a mather of having right, make everything fair.

If you are too stupid to read, it's your fault - not support. Maybe you want to deposit once on Party poker, and get 10 bonuses from diffrent websites?

ogio lol your in the wrong tho... bankroll doesnt just give out free stuff to anyone.. you had a choice to pick betweek $25 or a $50.. either you math isnt so good where u would realize that $50 is > than $25 but you cant win more money with gift cert. so i uno they cant give you another $25 cause of your stupidity and lack of gathering informatino before going through with your actions.
