I just recently convinced a friend of mine to sign up at BRM, advised him to send complete ID and phone validation to ensure he gets approve on level 1 and he got approved to level 1. Odd thing was, I didn't get any points at all. contacted BRM and was pointed to the Pay table, my country was not listed and told me that I won't get any points for referring a friend due to country value. I didn't know that if your country is not listed you wouldn't get any points. I got 2 friends on level 4 and 2 on level 1 with only 1 paid (mobpoints)
Now I'm asking, is this fair? Don't get me wrong, I'm not against BRM.

Unfortunately a lot of the pokerrooms do not accept players from certain countries for our promotions. This can be due to a lot of factors like low player values, high-fraud risk, problems with creditcard payments from the country etc.
After evaluating the different countries with help from the pokerrooms, we have created the list of countries where we can pay for referrals. Obviously we will not be here for long if we pay for referrals that our partners does not accept
If that is fair or not im not sure, from our point of view it is. However we will try to make it more clear that countries NOT in the list that shows the pointsscheme are not eligible for points earnings.

I did bro, I'm not asking why I didn't get points, I'm asking if it's fair for people like us working our ass to get some referrals only to find out that when those people finally decided to sign up, you get no points.

I would suggest that you work you ass off trying to get signups from different countries. Use forums or whatever - it should pay off in the end.
Fair or not fair unfortunately we have our T&Cs for affiliates for the same reason. Otherwise we could have members comming in 4 months and say that they finally got someone to signup but they asked them 4 months ago - so they should also be paid. There would be no end to it, so we made a "clean cut".
I will however hope that you will continue to work your ass off despite this little "mishap"
