it probably means there are no current bonuses available for your country. Most poker sites will have country restrictions therefore you wont be able to get it even if you sign up for it.

I think he is looking in the wrong section.. I think he is looking where it shows past & current bonus requests.. as apposed to the page that actually lists them all, because they show up even when you are NOT eligible..
