So this is the story, I downloaded full tilt poker for BRM and deposited $50 and obtained more than 100 points, which is more than required to receive the $50 gift (5000 mobpoints). I then went to claim my gift and was rejected. I emailed them and then got no response.
I claimed my gift again and this time i got an email saying i had no made a deposit so therefore i cannot receive the gift. Subsequently i took a screenshot of the deposits i made and that i have more than 122 full tilt points and emailed bankrollmob to let them know that i satisfied the requirements. This was over 4 business days ago, i was told i would get a reply in 1 days.
To sum up i am really ANGRY at BRM for not responding! hopefully this might get their attention so someone can respond to me.

The "1 day reply" is probably the standard message in our "we have received your e-mail"-mail, and if your case is a bit special (as it would seem), it first has to be forwarded to the people who deal with such things and not just our 1st level support team.
I'm sure it'll get corrected soon. It seems that lately I've seen more than a few complaints about FTP and custumer support and I have to say that most of them are NOT exaggerated. Recently I got the run around with a problem with my rake (as in I didn't receive it). It took about a month and several e-mails get an answer that was satisfactory.

I been with full tilt for years, I do know that happy hour double points do not count towards releasing there bonus, I got a bonus in there sit n learn of $100 and they only released it when I got 166 points of base points NO Happy Hour Extra points did NOT Count

I had that problem too, didnt realise those points didnt count towards any bonuses
