There is no better way to pass that time than smoking a cigar away from the computer. You have to think in other things, put your mind on the tv news, read the newspaper, do something profitable, at least you know that with that ation you will earn more than you just lost at the table. Works with me!

Posted by DaMessiah666: The next time use a no deposit bonus and a good management bankroll strategy like playing tournaments only under 5% of your bankroll (buyin+fee), etc ...

I didn't vote because there is not option for "break something." I've broken an xbox controller, cell phone, cracked my watch, squeezed a pack of smokes ruining them all & smacked my computer monitor (somehow it didn't crack anywhere though.)
I'm going to have to agree with everything Fakiry said though

o Depends on how we define broke, some sites I play micro and outhers well not micro , normally if I go broke on a site I can re-load or leave depending on bonus situation, but I keep within my limits, going broke is not an option.

LOL too funny I love this poll! In fact the first that I was broke I had not seen it coming I built a bankroll great for the beginner that I was $ 300. But I was fired I know the bankroll management. So I screamed a lot lol. After several rehearsals I finally decided that it not happen again and for now it takes over two years. Despite the ups and downs

------------ i forgot about option 6... "try to not wake up"
i allways say i never going to play unless i have 20 buys. but i allways tilt after i go below amount i don't like been under and lose. i'm not the only one i am glad to hear. A
I go through adenial/grieving process, then back at it. Will grind it out at freerolls and do a lot more studying on the subject. I'm well aware of what my biggest hole(s) are and will resolve to correct them before going broke again.

Posted by pokkerimees: i dont deposit for a while, play freerolls. Try to find out, what is my problem and solve it
the same as i do never play my reall money just try to win some in freerolls or play tours win tickets play in weekly tours and won some money then play at the tables and grow some more and now have not bad acount and play singles or just tours with entry 1 - 5 bucks so good luck u and be happy
When I go broke, of course I'm not all too happy, but not to the point of crying !
I always take a break, sometimes a very long one, while I wait for newfunds to restart playing, and in the mean time, I try to analyse in detail WHY it was I went broke. And I take that self-analysis very seriously. And I must admit : IT HELPS ! It's no use crying over spilled milk, but you CAN and must learn from your mistakes, and going broke sometimes is just a matter of bad luck IN PART, but NEVER only that. Going broke is at the very least a sign of bad bankroll mangement, so I start with analysing that : where did I NOT follow the proper bankroll management rules ? And then I go and look for signs of bad play on my part and of (sometimes it's just that) a wrong attitude, which can be due to a number of things, like distractions in real life which keep going through your mind and make you too preoccupied to play in a really concentrated way.
I truly hope this can help YOU along a step in the right direction too.

it's kind of poker related ... because that money was made from poker , quite easy and stupidly thrown away at live betting:|

Well id suggest getting a bit of money together, if your lucky you might find anouther NDB, but id still go with get some money, deposit using the gift option from here and when you get a roll put it on a room with no casino, Im a sucker for BJ myself. Or you could do a bit of Affliating and get 5k mobpoints to put on a room.
