Last time I had to contact them there was that support messaging center or called something like that. Unless You use that they will never get back to You. I did get reply and even though it was not fast it came. I think I had to wait around 48 hours to get reply.

I only have moneybookers account a few weeks ago so if u could help me i ll be appreciated.
I have this information at my account. Does that means that my limit to move money is 1k $? What happens after I used the max amount? I have to create another?
I've never used moneybookers. But seeing that they might have customer service issues and transfer glitches, I might just stay away untilI have to use them

no I guess it is the maximum limit for one transaction or for day (not sure probably the first I said) anyway u don' t have to create another account once u reach that limit but only have to wait to use it again

Its the max. amount you can use for every quarter of the year. (3months/90days) You can upgrade your limits, if you make an adress verification or bank account/credit card verification, is possible too.
Edit: Don't make multiple accounts, or else you will lose both and get banned on MB.

no , this does not mean that you have to create another account , this would not be possible also ,you can upgrade your funds by doing one banktransfer or a deposit with visa or mastercard to your moneybookersaccount . it will take some days with banktransfer but it will give you a upgrade , however that i don't understand why your limit is so low (1.000$) my limit is 6.000$ without upgrade .
