recently i recieved a NDB bonus for a pokerroom. i asked the support in the online chat if i also get a welcome bonus and if i have to use a special bonus code. he said "yes, 100% up to $200 and no code is needed, but it will take 72hours till the bonus is active". it sound a bit strange to me but i decided to deposit. after 5 days i still didnt get the bonus so i contact the support again. this time they told me i do not get the welcome bonus because ive recieved a NDB. well unfortunatly i didnt take screenshots...
i think theres not much i can do huh lol ? except to cashout and leave this **** room ? btw, would it be usefull if i took screenshots? guess not in this case....if they refuse it they refuse...

have to say i didnt take the offer from BRM...maybe difference? couple days ago (actually same days as they refused my deposit bonus) i requested a "cash bonus" that usualy also takes 72hours....still nothing. i stoped playing for now on whiner poker.
