Dunno, u can problably read it in T&C somewhere. I think its a great tool to prevent stupid donks go broke in just 10min. Imo every No Deposit Offer have to be like this

agree! until people deposit their own money the stakes should be limited by what was given them for free... or until, they can prove their worthyness by getting it to, say, x5 initial NDB

Good question, I hope you "really" like poker and plan to grind your way out of the micros. It's a good personal challenge but it can be done. Then you can make a post here at BRM and tell us about your success.
With the size of most NDB's, why would anyone in their right mind sit at a limit that can't be supported by an NDB deposit. Micro limits such as NL2 or NL5 are the appropriate range. Yeah it sucks trying to grind your way out of those low limits (Since your bound to get some sick beats) but the effort is well worth it once u get past it. Sitting down @ NL100 with your entire deposit and losing it within a couple of minutes doesn't seem logical unless your ratholing.
