Hello new to the forum here. I just want to know what the hell is the secret to winning online. Sure I have done well sometimes just to lose at other times. I think I am a disciplined tight aggresive player but this strategy seems to only lose money. I have been playing cash games on fulltilt for awhile now and see the same faces just kill the tables. HOW???????????????????? sorry. Just play crazy lose aggresive? That is what seems to work. Sittin back waiting for good cards sucks because when you do get a good hand everyone knows it. I will make a few hundred in a day just to lose it the next. I am a textbook break even player. Anyone ever experienced this with some pointers? I have read poker books too.

No way : to become a winning players there is only training and discipline. If u lose money that you win, well there is questions to ask yourself : do i have tilted? is my bankroll managment good? do i know enough theory in poker (means you red some books)? etc.
At start, i was like you : winning big one day, then losing the other day. But now, i feel really that my game increased after all that time playing poker and it seems that it works till now (my bankroll is growing). I need yet to confirm this feeling and the only way is to play, to test my game. Good luck !

Them same faces will be doing a little more than sitting down and playing LAG or TAG. They will first of all choose a table that suits them. They will have take notes about each player they meet. They will abuse every situation they can. They will be on a few tables to save bordom and avoid tilt.(playing bad) They will have HUDs They will have trackers. They will constinty review thier game. They will play correct odds. They will mix things up so as not to become predictable. They will have respect for all but mainly the outher reg faces. They will know when to get in and most important when to get out. If you play 6 mann LAG is the way, if at 10 man id say stick to TAG. Post a few HHs, take a bit of slagging or praise. If I am a reg sat at your table ill note that you are only plaing big hands, I now have some info on your style, position depending I can get money from you, eg iv position you make bet I call along with SCs(could be compleat garbage) for EG, flop comes low/mid no face cards, that pot is mine as chances are your going to check, if not you will do standard C-bet, and ill re-rais you, you will fold. My HUD never lies.......

Its not enough only read books, you need some experience also, try analise all hands what you play after sesion ends, try find your mistakes and dont repeat your mistakes . And also dont play all hands in the same way, change your taktics.
Definently have to take notes on players. Possibly your playing to many tables; I find that 3 works best for me right now playing BSS. Be absolutely patient and play the player when involved in a hand. KNOW your villian types. There's an effective strategy for each of them. If u search some of these players u keep talking about, u might be suprised to discover that 1st impressions can be wrong. There's been a couple of occasions now that a player who I thought was a strong aggressive player was really a hyper maniac who was bleeding out money.

you need a bit of lucky!but have to be patience,not think if you win something on first gambling or playing poker that will be every time same!wait for right hands and will be much better then rushing!

Search the best tables. Study. Find your leaks. Buy a program like HM or PT and learn to use it. Try 'easy' strategies like SSS. Do responsable Bankroll Management. Coaching..

Different opinion on the number of tables. Only few tables -you get bored and start to play crappy hands. take more tables and only play good hands. Offcourse, if you want to make notes, you cant play to much tables. You have to optimze number of tables you play or get yourself helping program

watch all the videos of card runners and you will find out what it takes.also i like to ad that you need tracking software like.. tournament shark,holdem manager,table shark ,tournament idicator and all of that kind of software.

i don't win much at poker, maybe cos i'm just an average player and i don't play much either. but i think to win in poker you need to find which games you can win at and you need patience, discipline and bankroll management. strategies you'll learn from experience / coaching

Can only talk for my self.. If i winn i always lose it when i get drunk.. Happend last weck and now i am 238$ + after a few days play. Deposit 100$ in sundays and now i have 328$ But after tonight i am sure when i logg in tomorrow i have 0$ in my account Dosent know why but i think i like to play poker when i drink beer.
