Bluffing low stakes aint too bad. When I sit down at a table, I come out strong and people will usually fold later on when i try to bluff the ace or soomething like that
Back to the subject: I hope your journey goes well to $1000, I bet the feeling of achieving that will be satisfactory My bankroll build up isnt going too bad

Well I ended up playing around 10sngs last night and ended up up $24 which brought my bankroll up to around ~$180. I decide to stick with the cash games tonight gonna go to the 0.10/0.25 $ Nl tonight 2 tabling. Where I would like to make 2 buyins which would bring me to over $200.

It can definately be done. Chris Ferguson took his roll from playing freerolls up to $10,000. Of course he is a great professional poker player, but none the less he showed how it can be done when playing the right levels for your bankroll.

the other thing that Chris did was he did it over a whole year, most people dont have the patience for it. I also recon chris would get an abnormal amount of action at low levels, i know i would call even when im behind if i had a chance of taking chris's chips playing for like a buck pot

Well Ive gone through some tough times lately on FTP this weekend Ive been home alone, my kid is sleeping over a friends house and my husband is out of town at a convention of some sort. I took my account from around $200 to around $52 I donno what to do any more. I dont want to play $0.05/ $0.10 nl holdem , theyve been killing me. Any ways to help me out what should I do?

Well my guess is that you overplayed yourself. Being home alone made you play all day long and after few hours you turned into machine raising and folding automatically, playing and winning only with good cards. That way if you dont get action on your good hands only way is down. Players at the table were able to read your cards because youre playing automatically and youre not bluffing anymore because youre to scared or to tight seeing your bankroll going down. Take a break, dont play to long and stick with $1 SnG until you get some selfesteam again. If its not your day stop playing for real money. Im sorry to hear that your bankroll is plunging.

------------ i plyed on pacificpoker and piut $30 on my account went pub and lost it all on the same night when i played whildt drunk so enterd a first time depositors freeroll next day won $220 for coming first out of 500 players then made it into $1024 and cashed in was well chuffed

You have to understand the downswings and upswings in poker... Even if you are "The best player in world" you will have downswings lasting for weeks (even for months)... And if you are a total fish and suck at poker, you will end up getting winning straights sometimes...
Don't ya think you can't allways win??? Poker is not only playing according to some rules of building a bankroll. Have you ever lost KK against AA or won 55 against QQ???? It also depends on luck.... The best advise is Keep on playing and don't be so amotional when you're loosing S**T HAPPENS GL I HOPE YOU GET YOUR 1000$
