Of course they have support. There's online support (but I see that you tried them) and then there is [email protected] .. they usually reply really fast. And then there is Mobmanager and Adminstrator around here in the forum that helps out. But if you have problems with 888.com then you should contact them here (I see that you are from sweden so I'll give you the swedish support) :
