Jackpot Sit and Go  0
What is the best strategy in one table jackpot SnG (when you must win 5 in a row to win jackpot). Do play them just the same like normal SnG: tight early and aggressive late? Or you go very aggressive from the beginning?

U just need to win.
Lol couldn't stop myself...
Anyway u can't change to be agressive from the beginning because people will realize that and u can loose faster then u think.
If Jackpot Sit and Go would be easy they would be off for sure....
Because even if you are SNG master bad beat can kill you luck is rlly high.
So play them as normal (ofc if u play normal SNg good... i not drop that case).

well it is pretty hard to win many SnGs all in a row. But its possible given the volume a person puts in. The ones on ipoker which i assuming you're refering to costs twice the usual rake, so you'd actually have to have a very good ROI% to make it worthwhile.

I won 3 "Rio JackPot" in a row, was second in 4th and I was off in 5th. That's the best performance I've done in Jackpot. I think it's very very very difficult. I stopped playing Jackpot because fee percentatge is more than 10% and last position in prize only wins buyin+fee. It doesn't worth.

you have to be very lucky..................
to win 5 in a row all depends on what cards you get.....

doesnt matter how good of a player you are but good luck with trying to win 5 in a row thou Smile

I agree with most of these posts when they say its tough to win 5 in a row. (I've done 3 in a row) butthen in the forth game I was raised all in early on (I had AK) and I folded it! yep thats right I folded, I just couldnt risk being knocked out so I binned it..lol I didnt win in the end anyway.(what a sap)
I tend to try and play loose at the start to try and pick up a dougle up early on I find this makes it easyer to get to the last few sometimes with out even playing a hand, then when you are 4 up then I start to get aggressive and stealing the blinds and like. With a nice tight image you'll be left alone to run roit...lol
This could be the best advice ever....but I havent crack it yet.. Big Smile
Good luck. Blink

you never have to show any weakness or players will see that and you will have to fold every time...

i never played them, think you need a lot of luck to win 5 in a row when people know you need to win and will take risks. anyway they have high rake than normal so not worth unless you complete the promotion.
gl and update us if you manage to win

the strategy play aggressive and hope that your hand is more better then over one who play against u Smile
because if they have strong hand u just early will be knocked out Smile
so its just aggressive play at he beginning off the game play donkey game and try to catch some luck Smile

good luck all Tongue

Play Jackpot Sit and Go its more depends of luck then poker skils so for sure I will not play it. But I think better tight at begning and another halph play agresive, bu you have chances to have badbeat, becouse how much more hands you will play then more chances that some other player will have better hand.

I think they best way is aggressive, but then chance are so small that even the best players dont win Sad but there will always be badbeats Sad

Almost nobody was writting about strategy. Hey, I know that rake is bigger (but I'm clearing bonus, so this double rake also doubles bonus points cleared so its not so bad) and I know you MUST have a luck to win 4-5 in a row. But if you play 1000 of them, the luck must come one time. To be true, such thing like luck does not exist. Good and bad cards are coming and if play long enough you will get both of them.
I wanted to know what to do to maximize chance of winning the jackpot. When my luck will come I want to win 5 tournaments in a row, not only 4 and be 3rd in the final one. And I want to get maximum ROI as well couse I might not win jackpot. Its hard topic and I hoped for more interesting answers.

@JunkyMonkey: I play on ipoker. 2+0.40 12 players SnG seems good to make jackpot since you must win "only" four of them in a row. Do you know other rooms with good jackpot tournaments offer?

Hi!!

No one. To win a Jackpot SnG the first you need is lucky, lots of lucky. Think, you will be involved in 5 push-or-fold situations and you need to win the 5.

Bye and aces for all!!

Hello everybody!
IT must first played very well and be very disciplined without being too predictable. Not so easy to do. My best performance is gained 4 go sit in a row. But it was not the jackpot
See you soon for new posts lol! Smile

you should play normal/tight. because you need to win 5 and if you play aggressive you are taking to much risk's. You might win 3 in a row but chances are that you wont win 5. Not sure how much the buy in is, but it is usually low so a lot of donk's are playing. so tight is right
