If you play hold`em no limit I can say you are just unlucky Big Smile if you play omaha then you should predict that he can catch straight... maybe you will have more luck in next days...you can`t fold two pairs after flop that`s for sure! Blink

Did you raise preflop? What position you had and what position the one, who flopped straight? Do you have any notes on them? Not much to say without information.
Dont limp in.

Wow, so many possibiliies! Weak two pair I play strongly unless the board pairs one of the other cards, then look out! If you think someone raised with AK, you call with 9-Ts and the flop is A-9-T you are in good shape but be careful if an A or a K comes up on the turn, also watch out for J on turn because lots of people raise with KQ, especially suited.

Depends on the game and the two pair.

In Holdem two pair is a very good hand and can be played aggressive for big pots, espacially with top two pair. Omaha is a different animal, and one should keep the pot small with just two pair.

Hi cyberbabel.

Two pair in flop, two ways to play:

1.Top two pair. Easy play. Agressive in flop/turn/river. If you raised pre-flop, bet. If you not raise preflop check/raise (or do donk if the other player have a low agression factor). You can call a reraise with your outs for full house.

2.Weak two pair. Agressive, but less than in 1. Check/call if you don´t raised pre-flop.

Bye!

With top two im happy to build a big pot, especially against a fish... against a TAG be careful and play close attention to how the board is developing in relation to his perceived range. Ive found that alot of the time when a weak tight player suddenly comes to life and i have top two, he has me beat with a set or straight. The idea is to know which type of oppenent your facing & whether or not they'll stack off with TPTK or anything weaker than top two pair. Thumbs Up
