hi all: No signup planet 23 because not meet his bonus no deposit. Pedi I signed my bond and the online help and the only answer they gave me was, we do not offer anything that says that page. And is not the fault of Mob because they always complied with at all .. greetings

you never get any bonuses until you sign up and then all the excuses come in but your stuck with having downloaded never to get a bonus there from another site so i stopped doing the bonus thing, there just gimmicks if you ask me

All players in general are eligible for the bonus. There are specific cases were players don't get the bonus and then they can contact support or our VIP department and they will get the assistance they need.
The player who posted the thread here got the bonus after contacting us. I'm sorry to see that players post in the forum before checking with us why the bonus wasn't credited.

Not meaning to be a troll or off-topic here, but I wouldn't get my hopes very high with casino bonuses...they usually are quite -EV to clear, even playing low edge games like BJ and optimum strategy. And besides, I still have to hear a success story about someone clearing a bonus and then having no trouble cashing out....
