Did you tried online support ? they will help you with this i think .. anyway 5 days might be long time but if they didnt sent you some rejection they still work on it i think

Yes day 2 I spoke to online support and they said they are working on it,,, then comunication stoped.
this morning I got with them again and they said it is in the payment department it should be soon, I asked if it was in a different payment department such as one that is getting ready to make the payment or the same one its been in since it said awaiting payment. I got a response stating It will be soon.. then comunication stoped again.
I am shure that they get this alot and alot of people bugging and I dont want any special action just a good solid answer.. After all I am the CATLADY..LOL

The Ultimate Bet no deposit bonus is the one that takes the longest. Many of us have been through what you are now. Just have a little more patience, after all the UB bonus is the one that goes through the most red tape. You´ll receive it, don´t worry, just try not to think about it that much.

its not really that im thinking about it much, well I guess I am, just dont understand why I cant get a solid answer on what stage my account is in. I mean it says awaiting payment, does that mean its aproved by UB now just waiting on MOB to get me the funds or does it mean still waiting on UB to approve it, or does it mean it is waiting to go to UB but there are to many people so you just have to wait in line, You know what I mean. I just like to know what is goin on.

It is in the final stage of the process. I would just like to point out this thread that you have created. Take a look at it, and after your bonus arrives, you´ll have seen that all you needed was a little patience! There are no conspiracies against your bonus, only time it takes for such transactions.
