Well I just had my valnetines day it was very nice I wake up take the kids to school, come back home and see that my husband with some balloons, candy ,card , and a nice heart necklace for me. Later he took me out for a picnic (totally unexpected). He hasnt done anything like this for me since we were in highschool.

We celebrate valentine´s day in a different occasion. So today was basically the same. I didn´t buy flowers nor did I write a card but we are doing fine!

In Denmark Valentines Day is slowly catching on, but not completely yet. I for one don't do any thing special on Valentines Day, didn't do any thing when I had my last girlsfriend luckly she didn't care...

my valentins day was greate i was working all the day from 15-23,30 at midnight so i become a supries from my chef he says me i have a supries for u u dont become this month your money and u are on sunday free weee that sux

I was with my girlfriend on nice dinner, nothing special. I bought her a special chocolate( her favorite) and a rose. And that's it. I don't find this day so special.

It seems that as time goes by, many of the holidays are becoming too commercial. We end up having the "obligation" of buying presents and celebrating, but most of the time it doesn´t mean anything special for us. At least this is how I feel about certain holidays. Of course it depends on your culture, religion, but it seems that capitalism holidays are growing very fast.

ok i think this day is ok it says that u think on your love peson..it is like the other days but let it be special i think that is for the must girls a wounderfull day...ok for the boys not u must buy presents

Nothing here just like another, btw here at the news we c the comemoations arounds the world n stuff and i got pretty woried coz i thought was valentins day here too and i had forgot it
