This Casino is a scam! DO NOT DEPOSIT MONEY! This is my story (some months ago) Deposited about $20, and received about $100 bonus (I don't remember precisely). I played ONLY CAPTAIN'S TRASURE slot, reaching the playtrough and $1000 of winnings. Since the bonus was not cashable, I send email to request how to make the cashout, and ask to online support to confirm to me that i've reached the playtrough. Responses to my email are very fast. Then I want to cashout with neteller (i deposited with credit card) so another email. Response is again very fast, I have to deposit with neteller, first. Ok, $20 deposit, and $20 bonus. On their T&C was stated "NO BONUS WILL BE AWARDED IF YOUR BALANCE IS GREATER THAN 100". So I call the online support and they remove me the bonus. I start playing roulette, going up and down but on the end i reach $1000 and I've made the withdrawal request. The day after the $1000 was again on my account. What? I received an email stating I have to playtrough another 8500. WHAAAT? I start emailing them, sending screenshots, chat session etc to demonstrate that I have no playtrough to reach. But now no response. I resend the same email 3 times in a week, and again no response. Then i start playing again (ok, my error) losing all my balance. And... miracle! the same day I've lost my money... after few hours... I receive the response to my email! "Sorry Alessandro, you are right. You have no playtrough, you can cashout." And I've understand that the Sierra Star is a "only deposit" casino. Again... DO NOT DEPOSIT YOUR MONEY on this casino!
