Yes - during the test phase you can enter anything.

If you win on the scratch card you'll get tournament entry on party poker. As it stands I believe you don't even need your account to be linked to BRM so the prizes are for all who have a party poker account. I don't think we can say anymore but you'll find out on monday.
The game seems to be working fine for me although I would make a few tiny improvements if I was in charge of it. I think it will be a good addition to BRM.
